Responsibilities
Support hiring and talent hunting activities, people operations, and administrative processes.
Communicate with clients and team members as needed to understand business needs.
Contribute to process improvements and maintain organized records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree; soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.

Employment details
Contract type: Contractor (PJ)
Compensation: R$2.5K with potential to increase to R$5K after 6 months
Work with international clients and standards
Potential to move between teams and grow into leadership roles
