Project Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating release activities, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.You will also prepare project presentations, resource plans, and schedules.You will gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional designs.Perform data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.Act as a Workday Configuration SME to support production issues and enhancements.Key responsibilities include:Workday Certified HCM Compensation or related module5+ years' experience in Workday functional BA or PM rolesStrong Workday configuration and business process setup knowledgeProven experience with production support enhancement management and Agile deliveryExcellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skillsExposure to CCB Studio integrations and payroll supportBenefits of the JobThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop their skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have 5+ years' experience in Workday functional BA or PM roles and possess strong Workday configuration and business process setup knowledge.
