Role OverviewBeyond Madeira is a tourism project focused on car rental reservations, activities, and traveler support in Madeira Island, Portugal.We are exploring the Brazilian market to reinforce our team with a remote professional, focused on tourism operations, reservation organization, and operational support through clear processes and smart use of technology.This is not a generic customer support or call center role.ResponsibilitiesSupport the management and organization of car rental and activity reservationsUpdate and validate operational information in spreadsheets and internal systemsSupport the resolution of operational questions related to reservations, schedules, and processesOrganize data to support internal decision-makingAssist with reservation changes, adjustments, and exceptional situationsUse Artificial Intelligence (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) to support writing, organization, analysis, and clarification of informationCommunicate clearly, objectively, and professionally with the internal teamQualificationsPrevious experience in tourism, reservations, operations, or related areasStrong organizational skills and attention to detailClear and professional written communicationFunctional English for professional reading and writingComfort working with digital tools (spreadsheets, email, messaging, online systems)Practical use of Artificial Intelligence in work tasksAbility to work autonomously while following defined processesFormal academic education is not required.We value practical skills, reasoning ability, and reliability over titles.Work Model100% remoteSchedule to be defined (full-time or part-time, depending on profile)Independent contractor / service-based collaborationCompensationCompetitive with the Brazilian marketAdjusted according to experience, availability, and responsibility level#J-*****-Ljbffr
