If you have experience in the capital markets industry, your skills would be highly valued by us.Key Responsibilities:Resolve daily back-office user issues on both functional and technical levelsLiaise with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance system functionalityDevelop requirements based on stream and resolution needsManage day-to-day tasks to complete application support deliverablesContribute to group efforts in resolving requests or issuesAnalyze, formulate, propose, develop, and contribute to overall solutions as per project deliverablesFollow up on new application developments, enhancements, version upgrades, regulations, and practices globallyPerform testing for assigned deliverables and participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)Required Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities (senior level skills in pre and post-trade workflows)Hands-on experience in Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces, and Trade Life CycleStrong personality, logical, and analytical skillsDetailed-oriented, quick learner, and self-starterGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong organization skillsGood product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQDUnderstanding of P&L concept overall and its componentsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong relationship-building skills both internally and externallyExperience in supporting end-users and resolving their daily issuesBenefits and Opportunities:This role offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic environment.
