Job Summary:Sr.Linux EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Sr.Linux engineer to join our team and take on a challenging role in maintaining and enhancing real-time data systems for a leading investment bank.This is a critical position that requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Data Quality Management: Identify and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis and vendor management.On-Call Support: Provide timely support for incident management, problem resolution, and change management.Monitoring Tools: Implement monitoring tools to ensure optimal accuracy and timeliness of data in real-time.Collaboration: Collaborate with regional and global Market Data Infrastructure teams to share knowledge and provide high-quality services.Alert Management: Manage alerts requiring technical knowledge, create resolutions, and update knowledge bases.Incident Management: Incident management from identification to resolution, mitigating business impact in production environments.Change Management: Change management, including mandatory updates, software changes, and vendor-performed checkouts.Other Responsibilities:Release managementEvent managementUser supportReportingThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
