Highly Skilled Linux Systems Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Linux Systems Architect to design and maintain the infrastructure of our real-time data systems.This individual will be responsible for handling alert and incident management, problem resolution, and system enhancements to ensure uptime and performance for global trading and data services.Key Responsibilities:Resolving data quality issues, including root cause analysis and managing internal and external vendors to resolve data issues.Supporting on-call rotations, incident management, problem and change managements.Ensuring optimal accuracy and timeliness of real-time data by implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues.Collaborating with regional and global Market Data Infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience, enriching the team's capability and providing high-quality services on Market Data.Managing L2 alerts, creating and/or updating resolutions into a knowledge base, run books, scripts, and ITRS rules where possible.Incident Management: managing the lifecycle of incidents from identification to resolution, mitigating business impact in the production environment.Change Management: overseeing the process of making production changes to the ticker plant, including mandatory updates, content, software changes/upgrades performed by vendors or internal teams requiring checkouts.Other responsibilities include release management, event management, user support, and reporting.
