We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Linux Systems Architect to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of real-time data systems powering a leading investment bank.As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal accuracy and timeliness of data on a real-time basis.Key ResponsibilitiesData Quality and Resolution: Resolve data quality issues by performing root cause analysis, managing internal and external vendors, and implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues.On-Call Incident Management: Provide support for on-call incident management, problem, and change management.Data Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure the optimal accuracy and timeliness of data on a real-time basis.Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with regional and global market data infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience, enriching the team's capability, and providing high-quality services on market data.L2 Alert Management: Manage alerts that require knowledge for resolutions, creating and/or updating resolutions into a knowledge base, run-books, scripts, and ITRS rules where possible.Incident Lifecycle Management: Manage the lifecycle of incidents from identification to resolution, ensuring mitigation of business impact in the production environment.Change Management: Manage the process of making production changes to the ticker plant, including mandatory updates which includes content, software changes/upgrades performed by vendors or internal teams where only checkouts are necessary.Release Management, Event Management, and User Support
