We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team.This is an exciting opportunity to work on scalable and efficient infrastructure.Job Description:As a DevOps/Infrastructure team member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the platform's future.Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the continuous scaling of our infrastructure while maintaining stability and performance.Scaling Infrastructure: Develop strategies to ensure our platform can handle growing user demand without compromising performance.Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to maintain high levels of performance.Cost Management: Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize infrastructure spending without impacting performance.Enhancing Observability: Improve monitoring capabilities to provide comprehensive visibility into infrastructure health and performance.Collaboration and Support: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration between infrastructure and applications.Security and Compliance: Contribute to security and compliance by implementing best practices.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to suggest and implement improvements.Required Skills and Qualifications:Key Responsibilities:We seek a highly skilled and experienced DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in managing complex environments across cloud providers and bare-metal servers.Kubernetes Mastery: Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.Multi-Cloud and Bare Metal Expertise: Deep understanding of at least one primary cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience managing infrastructure on bare-metal servers.Infrastructure at Scale: Demonstrated ability to architect and manage infrastructure that can scale horizontally and vertically.Programming and Automation: Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g.Bash, Python).Monitoring and Observability: Experience with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar systems is crucial.Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting are essential.Collaboration and Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Bonus Qualifications:Experience with Media Processing: Familiarity with video and audio processing, streaming, or related technologies is a strong advantage.Familiarity with the Node.js Environment: Familiarity with the Node.js environment and applications at scale is a strong advantage.Configuration Management Tools: Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet is a plus.
