Onebridge, a Marlabs Company, is a global AI and Data Analytics Consulting Firm that empowers organizations worldwide to drive better outcomes through data and technology.Since ****, we have partnered with some of the largest healthcare, life sciences, financial services, and government entities across the globe.We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our innovative and dynamic team.AI Engineer | About You As an AI Engineer, you are responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about solving complex problems using machine learning and AI technologies.You are a self-starter who enjoys working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.Your curiosity and drive to stay ahead of emerging technologies make you a valuable contributor to any AI initiative.You take pride in building scalable, secure, and impactful AI systems that deliver real business value.AI Engineer | Day-to-Day Architect and develop AI-powered services, tools, and products that align with business goals and technical requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.Lead end-to-end project execution, from initial concept and design through development, testing, and deployment, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.Build and integrate AI models using Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI Services, applying best practices in model training, fine-tuning, and production deployment.Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to translate business needs into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle.Stay current with emerging AI technologies and tools, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing systems or introduce new capabilities.Work independently and within global teams, contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment while managing tasks with minimal supervision.AI Engineer | Skills Experience 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in ML libraries and UI development using Streamlit or JavaScript frameworks.Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and related services.Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and Azure DevOps workflows.Experience working with both open-source and proprietary LLMs, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations.Knowledge of secure API/web service development and data protection best practices.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working across teams and time zones.
