OverviewInformation Technology Manager at Ledn.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders and build generational wealth for the future.Ledn offers a suite of lending, savings, and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values integrity, progress, and empathy.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The role requires wearing many hats, including end-user support, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.The right candidate will have demonstrated success in similar roles within fast-growing, security-first environments and will be passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code.You will design, implement, and manage our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks and collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholders across the organization.You will be customer-facing and serve as the first line of support for employees via tools such as Slack and Jira.This role involves procuring and delivering technology equipment, managing onboarding and offboarding, and documenting programs, policies, and tooling.You will support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and manage Mac endpoints and MDM/EMM tools.You will contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools and write knowledge articles and automations.You will manage incidents and priorities, participate in agile sprints, and align objectives with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc., and to integrate APIs across systems.Experience with SSO (Okta) and IAM workflows; familiarity with remote support across time zones.Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear tickets, emails, and articles; customer-focused and able to handle frustrated users calmly.Proficiency with macOS in an enterprise environment, troubleshooting, and terminal usage.Experience with security practices, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs), and OSI model troubleshooting.Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and collaborate across multiple teams.Nice-to-have: AWS familiarity, GAM and CLI tooling, Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications, and experience in a remote/high-growth setting.Culture and QualitiesLeader who thrives in a startup/tech environment, with integrity, accountability, empathy, and a builder mindset.Comfort navigating ambiguity and delivering results in a fast-paced, global environment.Collaborative partner across functions and cultures.Benefits and EnvironmentComprehensive total rewards package, generous PTO, and ownership in the company through equity.Remote work opportunity for up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions).Equal opportunity employer; inclusive culture; accommodation requests available during recruitment.Additional InformationLedn operates globally with a remote-first approach.Due to high application volumes, qualified applicants will be contacted.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response.No agencies or recruiters, and no unsolicited resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
