Join to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDNLEDN is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Through our products & services, we can make a difference in the lives and futures of our clients.Our team is a passionate group of individuals from diverse backgrounds with a shared conviction that digital assets can democratize access to the global economy.Ledn's core values guide us: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.We are building and revolutionizing financial services and invite you to join us.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles within rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code and is excited to help end users who need assistance.You will participate in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You should be passionate about innovation and creative problem solving, and adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment.This role reports to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesBe customer-facing and the first line of support; own support and provide an outstanding experience to employees via Slack, Jira, etc.Proven Mac expertise; troubleshoot, use the terminal, and manage macOS in the enterprise environment.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding experience for all new employees and the tech retrieval for departing employees.Design, test, build, document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge base.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Develop and improve IDP and SSO tooling (GSuite, Okta, etc.); document solutions and automate repetitive tasks.Prepare help articles, automate busywork, and manage incidents through resolution.Prioritize help desk tickets and balance project work with agile methods and sprints in Jira.Set and pursue your own objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open source tooling (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; API familiarity for system integrations.Remote support across multiple countries/time zones; ability to ship and receive hardware and handle customs.Excellent communication skills across media; clear, friendly, concise writing for tickets, email, and Slack.Strong security awareness; understanding of PGP and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching); methodical OSI-model troubleshooting.Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and coordinate across multiple teams; strong organizational and task-management skills.Nice to Have: Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and CLI; certifications in Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace.Culture Fit: We seek a leader who thrives in a startup/tech environment, embodies our values, and can influence across functions with empathy and clarity.Benefits and EnvironmentWe offer a comprehensive rewards package, including ownership via equity.Ledn supports remote work globally for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).We are an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusivity and diversity.Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; we may request a short video response as part of the process.No agencies or recruiters, please.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesRetail#J-*****-Ljbffr
