Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead and support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions.In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP finance solutions aligned with strategic goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projectsDesign, configure, and optimize SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders)Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutionsProvide expert-level support for month-end and year-end closing activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)Prepare and review functional specifications for developments and interfacesPerform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionMentor junior consultants and provide knowledge sharingEnsure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controlsSupport SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation initiativesRequirements7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO ConsultantStrong expertise in SAP FI and CO modulesProven experience in end-to-end SAP implementationsExperience with SAP S/4HANA FinanceSolid understanding of finance, accounting, and controlling processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProfessional working proficiency in EnglishNice to HaveSAP FICO certificationExperience in international and multi-country projectsKnowledge of SAP Central Finance and NewGLLeadership or team lead experience
