Senior ServiceNow Developer (Remote - Brazil or LATAM)Company: Apricot Jam | Minneapolis-based | Global DeliveryType: Full-Time | Remote | Contractor or FTELocation: Brazil or broader LATAM (English-speaking)About UsWe are Apricot Jam, a professional services company pioneering outsourcing, consulting, and tech, dedicated to putting people at the forefront of everything we do.Our mission is to foster creativity and ignite it, empowering individuals to unlock their full potential.As a recognized ServiceNow partner based in the U.S., we specialize in delivering world-class ServiceNow implementations, custom apps, and managed services to clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 enterprises.Our teams span across the globe, and we're proud of the cultural alignment, speed, and excellence they bring.Role OverviewWe're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our high-performance global team.You'll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate ServiceNow across enterprise environments.This is a client-facing, hands-on development role requiring technical depth and clear communication.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications (scoped & global) across multiple modules.Lead complex customizations using scripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools, including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.Architect and implement REST/SOAP integrations, leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity.Drive instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.Collaborate with US-based clients and cross-functional teams, gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions.Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, AI features, and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients.RequirementsCertified System Administrator (CSA) – RequiredCertified Application Developer (CAD) – RequiredBachelor's degree in Software Engineering (minimum); a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus.5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with broad knowledge across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.)Strong scripting and automation skills (Glide, JavaScript, Flow Designer)Experience with integrations, REST/SOAP, ERP systems, and AI-driven workflowsProven client-facing experience, able to translate technical solutions for business stakeholdersFluent in English (written & verbal)Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate in fast-paced, high-impact projects Nice to HaveExperience with App Engine, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, ATFExposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-ITOM, etc.)Previous experience delivering solutions to US-based enterprise clients Why Apricot Jam?100% Remote with Real-Time Collaboration (Overlapping U.S. hours)People-First Culture – We profit share, we retain, we grow togetherGlobal Clients – Work with publicly traded U.S. companies and high-growth techElite Talent Pool – Top-tier colleagues, strong mentorship, and career growthLong-Term Engagements – We invest in teams, not gigs Interested?Apply today and join a team that's shaping the future of enterprise automation.Let's build something amazing together.
