Position OverviewPosition Overview English fluency is mandatory.Reading & Writing The Project Manager will handle day-to-day client project oversight, material sourcing, scheduling, and progress updates.This role requires someone who thrives in operational work, communicates clearly, and keeps projects moving efficiently.English fluency is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesManage client projects end-to-end, from kickoff through final delivery.Communicate with clients regularly in both Portuguese and English, providing clear updates and gathering requirements.Build and manage detailed project and production schedules, ensuring tasks, timelines, and dependencies stay on track.Ordering and source all required materials and resources for each project.Track shipments, delivery timelines, and availability of required materials.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure expectations and responsibilities are clearly aligned.Proactively identify risks and adjust schedules or resources to avoid delays.Maintain accurate documentation, project notes, and status updates inside Worktables systems.Ensure clients always have clear visibility into progress, upcoming steps, and any changes.Qualifications3-5 years Experience minimum is requiredFluent English (spoken and written) — required.Proven experience managing projects, including timelines, deliverables, and client communication.Experience managing orders, procurement, and project scheduling — required.Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple active projects.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Experience working with project management systems (monday.com is a plus).Ability to work onsite full-time in our Curitiba office.Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.To apply - please submit your details to this link below#J-*****-Ljbffr
