OverviewExperienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry at Nexer Telescope.The role focuses on recruiting engineers for Sweden and assisting with relocation and settlement processes.ResponsibilitiesAct as a senior headhunter to find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates.Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and with the executive management team in Sweden.Work with the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).Coordinate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Plan and execute recruitment efforts with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Support engineers and their families in building a new career and life in Sweden, upholding Telescope's values of joy, trust, and professionalism.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.A solid and proven network of local IT engineering talent.Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outsourcing/offshoring.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation.Resilient and capable of turning a "no" into an opportunity.Driven for success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Job DetailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.Full-time.Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.Minimum 12 months.Work hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: Remote working from home or a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Benefits: 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, per diem, and national holidays with maintained payment.How to ApplyPlease send your English CV to: ******.Please state the application code TEL2025HH in the subject of your email.#J-18808-Ljbffr
