Talent Acquisition Business Process ManagerThis role's primary responsibility will be to facilitate the efficient execution of all operational steps involved in talent acquisition.The ideal candidate should have expertise in process optimization, scalability, and automation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Operational Execution: Manage candidate-related operational steps including communication, scheduling, and coordination.Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely updates and handoffs through shared documents and meetings while maintaining clear communication with candidates.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Effectively prioritize tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain productivity under high-volume conditions.Organization & Documentation: Maintain structured spreadsheets and operational documentation to ensure data integrity and transparency.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.Experience: 3–6 years at Operations within digital business or Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting Operations at a fast-paced data-driven environment.Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization and prioritization, process orientation, and stakeholder management.Benefits:A dynamic work environment.An opportunity to work on AI-forward projects.Competitive compensation.Flexible working hours.
