Validation of commercial clauses contained in project contracts, checking if they match the technical-commercial proposal prepared by the company.
Control of compliance with costs, deadlines and quality of the products or services involved.
Monitoring physical and financial performance indicators of projects.
Direct interface with internal and external customers, establishing a professional and partnership relationship for the smooth running of the entire project.
Working together with the Project Managers from the PO receiving until the delivery.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the correct Sales Order creation in ERP System.
- Maintain the electronic "Project Folder" according to the company procedures and ISO9000, including approvals, PO, proposal, forms, meeting notes and all project documentation for further consult.
- Responsible for project planning, together with Project Managers using the templates available for such activity.
- Financial control of projects tracking costs and expenses, identifying, and analyzing deviations when they occur.
Analyze and request advance payments and other intermediary events according to the project's cash flow.
Collection of expenses to customers when necessary and control of costs with internal and external resources of the project, ensuring that it is in line with the budget established in the as sold phase.
- Reporting of financial results and margin control.
- Interface with "Shipping Area" to trigger the process of issuing billing and shipping invoices, paying attention to the tax conditions provided by law.
- Interface with all other strategic and support areas of the company, such as Sales, Purchasing, Operations (Assembly, Warehouse, Shipping), Tax, Logistics, Accounting and Finance.
- Ensure the correct maintenance of values and dates in the ERP system, providing accuracy in billing and recognition information
- Make contract revisions in case of amendments, participating in meetings with customers, to present any difficulties and renegotiate deadlines and ensure registration in the ERP system.
**OTHER ATTRIBUTIONS/AUTHORITIES**
- May be assigned to manage, perform the work, and perform verification activities associated with the quality system as set out in the specific procedures.
- Develop its activities in compliance with the requirements of current legislation on Health, Safety and Environment, as well as Rockwell Automation procedures and policies.
- Critically analyze the operational processes in which it is involved and propose improvements to be developed and implemented aiming at better business productivity, in addition to being responsible for the technical quality of its work.
**EDUCATION / TRAINING REQUIRED**
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration of related areas
- English and Spanish speaking and writing skills (desirable)
- Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and Outlook 365 working knowledge is required
- Working knowledge of SAP desirable
**EXPERIÊNCIA REQUERIDA**
- Junior: 1 year experience in this function or related
