Backend Engineering RoleWe are seeking talented engineers to help expand a global Campaign Management Platform.This mission-critical team builds the foundation that powers the advertising ecosystem, ensuring reliability, performance, and a seamless developer experience.Design and maintain scalable backend services for a global ad platform.Own critical infrastructure across Python, Go, and Kafka ecosystems.Architect APIs and data models used company-wide.Develop monitoring, alerting, and operational tools for mission-critical systems.Key Requirements:5+ years building scalable backend systems in production.Strong experience with Python and/or Go.Deep understanding of distributed systems, databases, and API design.Experience with AWS or GCP and infrastructure as code.Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and microservices.Preferred Qualifications:Passion for code quality, testing frameworks, and developer tooling.Experience in Ad Tech or Developer Platforms.
