Talent Operations Specialist RoleThe primary responsibility of this role will be to facilitate the selection process by executing operational steps involved in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate availability, negotiating rates, and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.This includes managing all candidate-related operational steps, such as communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone; scheduling technical and client interviews; conducting non-technical interviews; and providing clear, timely updates and handoffs through shared documents, chat channels, and meetings.Responsibilities:Operational Execution: Manage candidate pipelines daily by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining consistent productivity and quality under high-volume conditions.Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates and handoffs through shared documents, chat channels, and meetings while keeping candidates informed, engaged, and aware of next steps and feedback throughout the process.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high operational standards.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience, develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Manage large candidate pipelines daily by effectively prioritizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining consistent productivity and quality under high-volume conditions.Organization & Documentation: Maintain structured, accurate, and up-to-date spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation to ensure data integrity and transparency across all processes.Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to company policies, process playbooks, and quality standards, while supporting audits and reporting efforts to ensure full compliance with organizational and industry regulations.Adaptability & Collaboration: Operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments by switching contexts seamlessly, collaborating across global time zones, and maintaining accountability and clear communication to meet deadlines.
