Who we are:ColdBru is a next-gen DTC growth team that partners with DTC brands to drastically improve their growth trajectory when other options don't move the bottom line.Our purpose is to help people learn, grow and be the best versions of themselves through the journey of entrepreneurship.We are committed to being the unfair advantage behind our partner brands, and launching a group of our own brands to operate.We value being fast, data-driven, customer-centric, and adaptable in our approach.Simply put, ColdBru is the unfair advantage behind its partners' bottom-line growth.What you'll do (EST time zone overlap required):Support our growth team in the trenches of performance marketing and AI-powered customer experience optimization.Execute day-to-day performance tracking and reposting across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok campaigns - you'll be the one catching data discrepancies before they become problems and keeping our reporting bulletproof.Assist with campaign setup and launches across multiple advertising channels, helping our media buyers move fast without breaking things.Manage AI customer service tools across multiple client accounts - you'll be optimizing AI systems, reviewing AI responses for brand consistency, and escalating the complex stuff that needs human touch.Generate performance summaries and insights that actually matter, not just vanity metrics (we're all about that bottom-line impact).Help maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project timelines so nothing falls through the cracks.Support various growth experiments and initiatives - when we need to test something new, you'll be right there helping make it happen.The Growth Marketing Assistant will work closely with our media buying and growth teams.We move fast and details matter - if a campaign is off by even 1% in tracking, you catch it.If an AI response doesn't sound like our client's brand, you fix it.You're the safety net that lets our team swing for the fences without worrying about the fundamentals.Who you are:You have some experience in digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing and you're hungry to level up fast.You're obsessed with getting things right the first time and have an eye for details that others miss.You can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball and actually enjoy the puzzle of troubleshooting data discrepancies.You're looking to learn from a world-class team and want hands-on experience with the tools and strategies that drive real growth at scale.Nice To Have/Bonus Skills:- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or other marketing analytics tools- Familiarity with AI customer service platforms or chatbot management- Knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other advertising platforms beyond Meta- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion)- Basic understanding of marketing automationWhere we're going:We're a team of handpicked individuals hell-bent on profitable growth for the sake of it, we get up in the morning energized to crack the latest growth problems wide open just cause it sounds fun.We wouldn't settle for anything less and don't take 'No' for an answer.No task is too big or too small, if it's needed to achieve profitable growth we find a way to do it or get it done.We aren't on a hiring spree and will only onboard someone on the same wavelength.That being said, if you think you can outperform and don't have all the experience above, we're open to chatting - ownership and follow-through are what we really care about.Benefits:Learn from a world-class team leading the spaceIn 6 months you'll learn more than other people learn in 3 yearsEssentially unlimited self-improvement budget (online courses, and other educational experiences)RetreatsFlexible working hoursFlexibility to work from anywhere in the world (need to overlap with PST work hours)Performance incentivesA coffee stipend, if you work at ColdBru you don't pay for coffee.Period.A wellness budget, we care about your physical and mental well-being, this stipend is there to help you with it, however you see fit.No meetings Friday, and if you get all your work done by Thursday, take Friday afternoon off
