Domínio de frameworks como Cypress, Selenium, Appium, RobotFramework.Experiência com CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, TestRail, JIRA.Atuação com modelo Shift Left e definição de KPIs de qualidade.Escrita de cenários em Gherkin e gestão de defeitos.Liderança técnica com atuação prática ("mão na massa").
Experiência ProfissionalMínimo de 7 anos em QA, sendo pelo menos 3 em posição de liderança técnica.Vivência em ambientes financeiros ou bancários.Competências ComportamentaisLiderança, proatividade e comunicação eficaz.Resolução de problemas, foco em resultados e atenção aos detalhes.Autogestão e capacidade de tomada de decisão.DiferenciaisParticipação ativa em comunidades de QA.Contribuições em projetos com uso de Inteligência Artificial em testes.Se você é apaixonado por qualidade, tem perfil de liderança e quer atuar em um projeto de grande impacto, essa é a sua chance.
