Client Solutions Engagement Lead

Job Description:

As a Client Solutions Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for leading client discovery and whiteboard sessions alongside a Tech Lead. You will translate ambiguous client needs into clear, actionable requirements and build strong rapport with business and technical stakeholders.

You will own proposal creation, timelines, and solution outlines, and collaborate with Sales, UX, QA, and Engineering on scoping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client discovery and whiteboard sessions alongside a Tech Lead.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Build strong rapport with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Own proposal creation, timelines, and solution outlines.
  • Collaborate with Sales, UX, QA, and Engineering on scoping.

Requirements:

  • Experience in consulting or custom software delivery environments.
  • Proven background supporting pre-sales, scoping, or discovery phases.
  • Strong history of working with cross-functional teams (Tech Lead, UX, QA).
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and common delivery risks.
  • Background collaborating with stakeholders across business and tech.
