This position oversees client relationships, ensures seamless onboarding processes, and identifies opportunities to drive additional value for clients through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients ensuring smooth transitions and setting expectations for ongoing service.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients understanding their business needs and translating those into actionable strategies.
- Internal Coordination: Communicate effectively with the internal delivery team to ensure client requests and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities: Actively identify opportunities to upsell additional services and close deals to enhance the client's digital marketing strategy.
- Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven track record managing clients in web development SEO PPC or related digital marketing services.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Upselling Expertise: Experience in identifying upsell opportunities and converting them into revenue-driving actions.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously while tracking time and delivering timely results.
