Financial Aid AdvisorWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Aid Advisor to join our team.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families throughout the financial aid application process.Determine eligibility for financial aid based on institutional, state, and federal requirements.Serve as a resource for students and staff regarding financial aid policies and procedures.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of financial aid services.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in financial aid or a related area.Strong knowledge of federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000.A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.A generous paid time off policy.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students and their families.A collaborative and inclusive team culture.The chance to grow and develop your career in a rapidly evolving industry.
