OverviewStenon delivers the first real-time soil analysis to optimize fertilization, yield, and sustainability – powered by IoT sensor fusion, AI, and advanced software.Based on this technology, we are developing the leading nitrogen management solution, tailored to crops, regions, and countries.Our soil sensing device is the enabler – the goal is a complete solution for precise, site-specific nitrogen management.Position:We're seeking a proactive, hands-on professional to support our Market Development and Commercial teams.In this role, you'll focus on soil measurements, field trials, and technical support—playing a vital part in generating technical and strategic insights, validating protocols, and building strong customer relationships.TasksConduct field trials and technical evaluations, generating data on agronomic characteristics and portfolio performancePerform soil measurements in the field when requiredSupport the setup of experimental fields, demo plots, and field showcasesParticipate in field days, training, demonstrations, and other demand generation activitiesProvide technical support to the Market Development and Commercial teamsAssist customers in the field, offering technical guidance and support in soil and crop assessmentsJoin internal trainings and alignment meetings for technical and strategic updatesCommunicate technical and strategic information to the commercial team and other areas of the companyRequirementsDegree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related areas (completed or in progress)Basic knowledge of soil fertility and soil managementKnowledge of soybean, corn, and cotton is an advantageIntermediate English is preferred; advanced English is a strong plusPrevious fieldwork experience is an assetStrong communication skills and interest in working closely with customersWillingness and availability for frequent travelKnowledge of the regional territory is an advantageBenefitsA position in a highly productive, international team with short decision pathsPermanent full-time contract with flexible working hoursCompany laptopRental car for field projectsGlobal team retreats (last year: Gran Canaria)At Stenon we are on a mission to democratize soil data.We have become the global market leader in real-time, digital soil data that is totally laboratory independent.This provides farmers with essential data to make optimal and sustainable cultivation decisions, boosting yield, crop quality, and soil health while saving money on inputs.Join us in shaping the future of agriculture and making a lasting impact on how the world grows its food.Are you interested?We look forward to receiving your application and getting to know you.#J-*****-Ljbffr
