Zoho is one of the world's most prolific software companies with a diverse portfolio of 55+ applications across various business categories.With over 130 million users and more than 18,000 employees globally, hundreds of thousands of businesses rely on Zoho to run their operations.Our company has been private, bootstrapped, and profitable for 29 years, enabling us to maintain sustainability and resilience in our business practices.We are seeking an experienced Partner Support Agent (specialist level) with solid knowledge in CRM and Help Desk platforms to join our dynamic corporate environment.This role involves providing L2 and L3 technical support, collaborating closely with internal and development teams to ensure exceptional partner service experience.Key Responsibilities:Main point of contact for partnersProvide technical assistance via email, chat, and calls for Zoho Services to Zoho Partners in BrazilDiagnose and resolve issues related to integrations, automations, and system customizationsSupport onboarding and implementation teams during technical transitionsParticipate in technical meetings with process stakeholdersDocument solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge baseMandatory Requirements:Strong team player with excellent collaboration skillsDedicated professional committed to delivering extended support to Zoho Partners and CustomersSelf-motivated and able to work under pressurePrevious experience in Application Support or other technical rolesProven experience in implementation or technical support for platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or ZendeskAdvanced knowledge of integrations, APIs, automations, and platform customizationsFluent English (reading, writing, and speaking)Strong analytical and proactive approach with the ability to solve complex technical problems
