The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for SAP Data Assurance Manager who wants to learn and transform his career.In this role you will: (responsibilities)Lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.Coordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cycles.Ensure traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.Oversee data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional and other teams.Provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members and ensure adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.Track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points.Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred.Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred SkillsExperience with data conversion tools and frameworks.Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies.Knowledge of data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.What can you expect from us?• Professional development and constant evolution of your skills, always in line with your interests.Opportunities to work outside BrazilA collaborative, diverse and innovative environment that encourages teamwork.What do we offer?TCS Benefits – Brazil:Health insuranceDental PlanLife insuranceTransportation vouchersMeal/Food VoucherChildcare assistanceGympassTCS Cares – free **** that provides psychological assistance (24 hrs/day), legal, social and financial assistance to associatesPartnership with SESCReimbursement of CertificationsFree TCS Learning Portal – Online courses and live trainingInternational experience opportunityDiscount Partnership with Universities and Language SchoolsBring Your Buddy – By referring people you become eligible to receive a bonus for each hireTCS Gems – Recognition for performanceXcelerate – Free Mentoring Career PlatformAt TATA Consultancy Services we promote an inclusive culture, we always work for equity.
