Position:Audio Visual ManagerLocation:São Paulo, BrazilEmployment Type:Full-timeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Install and test new media and communication equipment and systems.Maintain and service equipment used for various media production and communication purposes.Set up and manage audio-visual links between different units.Troubleshoot and repair technical issues with equipment and systems.Minimize service interruptions by quickly finding and implementing alternative solutions.Prepare and operate equipment and transmission links for live events.Design and install custom audio-visual systems.Develop hardware and system designs.Adhere to and promote workplace health and safety standards.Follow instructions from stakeholders and team members accurately.Communicate effectively with team members and other colleagues.Stay updated on industry trends and technology advances through networking and research.REQUIREMENTS:Native or fluent Portuguese (C1) and proficient English (C1) with strong oral and written communication skills.Willingness to complete a fully paid 6-month training program in Romania and Serbia.Strong knowledge of photography fundamentals such as exposure, camera settings, and lenses.Experience with electronic engineering and communication equipment.Skilled in operating video cameras.Proficient in using video production switchers.Experience with live video compositing techniques like chroma keying.Comprehensive understanding of video signal transmission infrastructure.Adequate color vision and hearing capabilities.Advanced IT skills and project management experience.Ability to work well within a team.Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Effective time management.Adaptability and flexibility in task handling.Ability to maintain composure under pressure.BENEFITS:Competitive salary.Fully paid training including travel expenses.Private health insurance starting from day one.Work in an international environment.Opportunities for career advancement.Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in AV ManagementWe are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive environment where every team member's unique skills and perspectives are valued.
