.Understanding the problem through user research will help you deliver the right solution, whether you conduct your own or partner with a UX Researcher.Your communication skills are vital to your success as a UX Designer, whether in discussions with engineers, client users, or peers.Being vocal in your craft is valuable to this role.You'll guide teams in solving complex design challenges using user journeys, task flow analysis, early-stage wireframes, hi-fi comps, and clickable prototypes.You're comfortable working on products with tech stacks that may be new to you.Inevitable challenges will arise, and we'll rely on you to look for a solution.What We Are Looking ForAdvanced English proficiency.Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.Significant experience in UX design, including leadership roles, with a proven ability to mentor and inspire design teams.A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design, problem-solving, and the ability to create innovative user experiences.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
