Have you ever imagined to be part of one of the biggest food companies in the world?Nourish life is our commitment.This is not limited to food production – it extends to projects, initiatives and causes we embrace.In order to deliver quality products, we have a team dedicated to innovating every day.We have more than 100,000 employees worldwide.A large team that has a global vision, without leaving aside the local needs.Each member of our team is important to make BRF one of the largest food companies in the world.We are guided by values that serve as a compass for our work.Ethics in all actions, transparency in our value chain and innovation are non-negotiable points for us.Come and join us to be part of this food giantBRF values and promotes an inclusive and diverse culture.We consider persons with disabilities for all our opportunities.Job DescriptionMaintain production and utility equipments availability at optimimum level,Implement Equipment Reliability Techniques on the site to eliminate losses, risk and extend life of equipments,Implement value analysis method, to repair or replace spare, localization of spares,Develop Engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations by using proper analyatical methods,Manage and control PCM indicators, generate reports in accordance with maintenance guide and communicate,Manage compliance of PM activity, Kanban system, AM checks, lubrication, thermography, vibration analysis, Inspection orders, and reports on intranets (MCI)Evaluate and plan development of technical team for required level of expertices and create back up for core jobs.Manage Central data base for the Maintenance Team.Manage Spare Parts, spare / stock control in warehouse, calibration activities on sites,Manange internal work shop activities and standards,Manage Audits, External services and 3rd party inspection and compliance,Manage to coordinate plan and schedule 3rd party services with production and planning department,To train teams (Production and Maintenance) about the systematic application of SAP PM / AM module, setting the pattern for the general requests (services, purchases, etc).Support in risk assessment and to develop appropriate counter measures.Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.Academic BackgroundBachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or EquavalentStay tuned on our Website to be aware about all the job opportunities we have#J-*****-Ljbffr
