Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Partnership Campaign & Sales Assistant to join our team.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company in the facility management and home services industry.In this role, you will play a key part in executing multi-touch outreach campaigns (calls, emails, SMS) to drive new partnerships, nurture relationships, and close deals with qualified warm leads.You will be responsible for conducting proactive outreach to potential B2B/B2C partners, managing and nurturing a pipeline of partnership prospects from first contact to deal closure, qualifying warm leads and scheduling calls, presentations, and demos with decision-makers, negotiating and closing partnership agreements aligned with company objectives, maintaining accurate records in CRM, preparing reports on outreach activity and pipeline status, supporting development and optimization of scripts, templates, and campaign materials, and acting as a brand ambassador ensuring a positive and professional partner experience.Requirements2+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales, ideally in home services, facility management, or related fieldsProven success in direct sales, partnership management, or business developmentStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to identify key decision-makers and build rapport quickly via calls and digital channelsTech-savvy – comfortable working with CRM and sales automation toolsHighly organized, accountable, and driven by measurable goalsBenefits100% remote position with flexible schedule (U.S. hours overlap preferred)Competitive compensation + performance-based bonusesDirect collaboration with leadership and opportunity for growth in business developmentWhy UsWe are a fast-growing company redefining home services and facility management.We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for growth and development.
