2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsAs a Senior Technical Writer at Segura, you will play a key role in elevating our documentation to the next level.You will be central to our mission of delivering world-class technical content for our Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.Working in close collaboration with Engineering, Product, and UX teams, you will ensure our documentation is accurate, actionable, and fully aligned with the user journey.Your ability to dive deep into the product, proactively test new features, and champion modern documentation practices will have a direct impact on the experience of our customers and partners across the globe.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end documentation lifecycle for complex technical features and integrations, from definition to deployment.Explore, install, test and use the product firsthand to validate behavior and create realistic documentation use cases.Champion and implement modern product documentation principles, combining Docs-as-Code practices (Git, Markdown, CI/CD) with content strategy frameworks (like the Diátaxis framework we already use) to build a scalable, automated pipeline.Collaborate autonomously with development squads during Agile ceremonies to anticipate documentation needs, technical requirements, and user constraints.Support the implementation and refinement of internal standards and content models (e.g., Diátaxis framework).Produce a variety of artifacts, including installation/setup guides, API references, admin guides, CLI/SDK documentation, microcopy, and knowledge base articles.Adopt automation whenever possible (e.g., content validation, API spec ingestion, open source integration).Actively engage with other teams to promote peer review, style consistency, and collaborative learning.Mentor junior writers and participate in onboarding and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Help drive our transition to modern documentation workflows that scale across squads and services.Qualifications (Must Have)Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technical Communication, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in technical writing, with a strong background in documenting enterprise or cybersecurity products.Proficiency with Git, Markdown, and modern Docs-as-Code pipelines.Experience working closely with developers and product teams within an Agile or DevOps environment.Strong capacity to understand and explain complex technical concepts, APIs, and infrastructure components (cloud, containerized environments, networking).Ability to test product features hands-on using CLI tools, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, etc.Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).Nice to HaveUnderstanding of security protocols and concepts such as OAuth, OIDC, Zero Trust, or PAM.Experience with automation (linting, Python, API doc generation).Familiarity with Diátaxis or similar content strategy frameworks.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing, Public Relations, and Writing/EditingIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Segura by 2xGet notified about new Senior Technical Writer jobs in Brazil.We're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.Experts add insights directly into each article, started with the help of AI.#J-*****-Ljbffr
