As the group enters its next phase of growth and capital structuring, we are seeking a high-caliber Financial Controller with the ambition and capability to evolve into a Chief Financial Officer role. The Role This is a senior finance leadership position with full responsibility for group-level financial control, reporting, and governance. You will work closely with the CFO and Board, gaining exposure to strategic finance, M&A, funding, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead group financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance across multiple entities Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Design and strengthen internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks Partner with operating company finance leads and senior management Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning at group level Participate in M&A, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration Act as a key deputy to the CFO with increasing strategic responsibility Ideal Profile 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including group consolidation Strong background in IFRS (or USA GAAP with IFRS exposure) Experience in a holding company, PE-backed group, or multi-entity environment Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) Leadership mindset with clear ambition to step into a CFO role within 2–4 years
