Position: Senior Cost ControllerLocation: Barra da TijucaAbout UsMISC Group is a world-leading provider of international energy-related maritime solutions and services.For over 56 years, we have built a dynamic, progressive, and innovative global brand, delivering the highest standards of maritime services and creating sustainable value for our stakeholders worldwide.Job PurposeThe Senior Cost Controller is responsible for ensuring accurate financial control, cost management, and compliance across business units, supporting operational performance and strategic decision-making, particularly within FPSO operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts receivable processes, including aging reports and timely customer collections;Ensure accurate and timely posting of invoices and revenue entries;Manage billing processes, ensuring charges are issued in accordance with signed contracts and agreements;Ensure compliance with Brazilian withholding tax regulations and statutory requirements;Support month-end and year-end closing activities;Prepare and review monthly accruals and revenue reconciliations;Review, analyze, and explain variances in monthly and quarterly management and vessel reports (ERP);Ensure timely and reliable financial closing and statutory reporting;Maintain, review, and improve accounting procedures, processes, and internal controls;Ensure group reporting meets corporate, audit, and tax compliance requirements;Liaise with operations and provide finance/accounting support to business units;Resolve accounting and financial queries and support cross-functional activities as needed.RequirementsMinimum of 6 years of relevant experience in FPSO or offshore oil & gas operations;Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields;Fluent English;Strong knowledge of financial controls, cost management, and Brazilian tax legislation;Experience with IFS ERP is a strong advantage.BenefitsMeal and food allowancesBradesco Health Insurance (extended to family members at no cost, with no co-pay)Life InsuranceAnnual BonusPrivate Pension PlanChildcare AllowanceNoteThis position is open exclusively to Brazilian citizens.MISC is committed to diversity and inclusion and welcomes applications from professionals of all backgrounds, including women, Bl.
