As Productiv continues to grow, we are looking for an experiencedTechnical Recruiterto support our expanding talent needs acrossEU and Latin America. This role is central to building high-quality engineering teams while maintaining Productiv's people-first, collaborative culture.The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, understands regional nuances in technical hiring across Europe and LatAM, and takes a structured, data-driven approach to recruitment. You will partner closely with hiring managers and delivery leads to attract, assess, and onboard top technical talent.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategiesCreate, publish, and maintain clear, regionally compliant job descriptionsProactively source technical candidates usingLinkedIn Recruiterand other regional platformsManage candidate pipelines, recruiting metrics, and reporting within the ATSScreen CVs/resumes and assess technical and cultural fitReview and assess pre-screen interviews and technical evaluationsConduct candidate interviews using structured and competency-based methodsCoordinate offers, reference checks, and hiring documentation in line with local regulations and engagement modelsSupport onboarding in collaboration with the People & Culture teamContinuously improve recruitment, interview, and evaluation processesStay current with technical hiring trends, tools, and labour market dynamics inPoland, the EU, and LATAMBuild and maintain relationships with IT professionals, communities, and recruiter networks across regionsSupport additional People & Culture initiatives as requiredRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience recruiting for technical rolesProven experience recruiting inLatAM/EUmarketsStrong experience hiring engineers, developers, architects, and other IT specialistsHands-on experience usingLinkedIn Recruiterfor sourcing and pipeline managementExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Strong understanding of regional technical labour markets and hiring practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills (Proficient English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong plus; )Ability to manage recruiting data, metrics, and reportsTechnical knowledge sufficient to evaluate candidate profiles and conduct meaningful technical conversationsProven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offerNice to HaveExperience recruiting for nearshore or distributed delivery teamsFamiliarity with regional employment and engagement models (B2B, contractor, permanent)Experience hiring across multiple countries and time zonesBackground in consulting, staff augmentation, or technology services firmsAll our positions are Remote and are available as Full Time Employment or B2B Contracts
