Job DescriptionTransform Complex Data into Actionable InsightsWe are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our team, where you will design and deploy scalable AI systems and pipelines on AWS.Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines on AWS, ensuring high performance and accuracy.Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and select algorithms for impactful AI solutions.Architect and maintain large-scale AI infrastructure using AWS services, including data ingestion, model training, deployment, serving, monitoring, and lifecycle management.Lead the data preparation and feature engineering process, ensuring high-quality and scalable datasets.Implement and optimize AI models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, NLP) with a focus on performance and reliability.Build and manage robust data pipelines and orchestration workflows to support AI systems at scale.Integrate AI models into backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless interaction with applications and end-users.Contribute to MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model registries, experiment tracking, automated retraining, and infrastructure-as-code provisioning.Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, evaluating new research, frameworks, and tools to enhance product capabilities.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding best practices throughout the AI lifecycle.BenefitsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Flexible working arrangements.RequirementsTechnical Skills:Proven experience in designing and deploying AI systems and pipelines.Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques.Experience with AWS services and cloud-based infrastructure.Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.Passionate about continuous learning and professional growth.
