Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to support large-scale cloud operations across multiple providers and SaaS solutions.This role involves supporting high-visibility events such as major live broadcasts and global digital launches, contributing to the delivery of key product updates infrastructure improvements, and business continuity initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Design, Build, and Manage Cloud-Based Infrastructure: Develop and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions across AWS and other providers to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.Lead Migrations from EC2 to Kubernetes-Native Environments: Guide migrations from traditional EC2 environments to modern, containerized Kubernetes-native environments to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Support Large-Scale Live and Product Events: Ensure reliable and scalable DevOps practices for large-scale live and product events, providing seamless user experiences.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps Automation: Streamline deployments using IaC tools and automation frameworks, such as Terraform and Ansible, to improve consistency and reduce errors.Manage Security, Compliance, and Incident Response: Develop and implement robust security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and leading incident response efforts to minimize downtime and data loss.Maintain Observability and Monitoring Frameworks: Design and implement observability and monitoring frameworks to provide real-time visibility into critical services, enabling data-driven decision making.Optimize Cloud Spend and Resource Utilization: Analyze and optimize cloud spend, ensuring cost-efficient resource utilization and identifying opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance application delivery, load balancing, caching, and backend performance, driving business growth and innovation.Required Skills & Experience:Proven Experience in Cloud Infrastructure Management: Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and managing cloud-based infrastructure solutions, including experience with AWS and other cloud providers.Expertise in Container Orchestration and Serverless Technologies: Strong experience with container orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes, and serverless technologies, including AWS Lambda.Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Automation Frameworks: Proficiency in IaC tools, such as Terraform, and automation frameworks, including Ansible and Puppet.Observability, Configuration Management, and System Monitoring: Solid understanding of observability, configuration management, and system monitoring concepts, including experience with tools like Prometheus and Grafana.Security, Compliance, and Incident Response: Experience with security, compliance, and incident response efforts, including knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Agile Methodologies and Development Lifecycle Management: Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and development lifecycle management principles, including experience with CI/CD pipelines.
