As a Language Specialist, you will play a key role in teaching LLMs how to think, reason, and communicate with greater fluency and human-like nuance.
This is a unique opportunity for writers, editors, and linguists to contribute to the evolution of AI technology.About the RoleYou will be responsible for creating training data sets for AI models, annotating data to help AI models align with human values, analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.Key Responsibilities:Creating high-quality training data sets for AI modelsAnnotating data to improve AI model performanceImproving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of training dataCollaborating with cross-functional teamsContributing to evolving specifications for AI-model trainingRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need native-level fluency in Portuguese and strong proficiency in English, excellent writing, editing, and linguistic analysis skills, a deep understanding of grammar, syntax, and stylistic subtleties, research skills, and an ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.Assessment: Candidates must pass two project-specific assessments designed to evaluate their language proficiency and analytical abilities.
