Senior AI EngineerWe are seeking a talented Senior AI Engineer to join our organization.This role combines applied AI/ML expertise with strong back-end engineering skills, ensuring the client's agentic systems are not only functional but scalable, secure, and production-ready.As a key member of our engineering team, you will be at the heart of product innovation, responsible for designing, implementing, and operationalizing AI-native services that transform the utility sector.You will own the full lifecycle of AI services from data ingestion and model training to real-time deployment and monitoring while continuously adapting to evolving requirements in a fast-moving, high-stakes industry.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and either Golang, Node.js, or Java expertise, with a strong desire to adopt Golang as the primary back-end technology.Key Responsibilities:Architecting, fine-tuning, and deploying AI agents purpose-built for utility use cases, including predictive operations, customer engagement, and energy optimizationBuilding APIs, microservices, and orchestration frameworks that seamlessly connect AI models with enterprise systems and grid-level data flowsDesigning and managing the complete AI pipeline ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and continuous deployment, ensuring reliability and scalabilityAddressing vulnerabilities unique to AI, such as model drift, bias exploitation, adversarial robustness, and hallucination control with sensitivity to regulated environmentsPartnering with software engineers, data specialists, and security teams to integrate AI capabilities into the broader product suite, embedding AI by design into every product releaseDelivering breakthroughs in code and AI services on cycles measured in weeks, not quarters.
