We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Information Systems Architect to lead the design, development and implementation of our information systems infrastructure.This is a key role that requires expertise in Linux infrastructure, data quality and real-time data systems.Key Responsibilities:Resolve complex data quality issues through root cause analysis and collaboration with internal and external vendors.Support on-call duties, incident management, problem and change management.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality data on a real-time basis by implementing monitoring tools and optimising system performance.Collaborate closely with regional and global market data infrastructure teams to share knowledge, best practices and experience, enhancing team capabilities and delivering high-quality services.Manage L2 alerts requiring technical expertise for resolution, documenting resolutions in knowledge bases, runbooks, scripts and IT rules where applicable.Lead incident management from identification to resolution, minimising business impact in production environments.Oversee change management processes, including mandatory updates, software changes and upgrades, ensuring seamless production transitions.Additional responsibilities include release management, event management, user support and reporting.
