OverviewA successful SAP Data Assurance Manager is sought to lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.This role involves collaborating with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.Additionally, you will coordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.As a leader in this field, you will provide guidance and mentorship to other data team members and ensure adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.You will also track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.Requirements5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points is required.Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred.Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti is also necessary.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are essential.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are also required.BenefitsProfessional development and constant evolution of your skills, always in line with your interests.Opportunities to work outside Brazil are available.CultureWe promote an inclusive culture, respecting individuality, and we strive for equity.
