Endpoint Management LeadWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our endpoint management team, driving strategic initiatives to maintain and secure corporate devices worldwide.
As an experienced leader in endpoint management, you will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers to ensure compliance, efficiency, and automation across multiple security frameworks.About the Role:This fully remote position requires a strong technical background, with expertise in NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms.
You will work closely with our IT and security teams to implement endpoint protection strategies and monitor health metrics to enhance reliability.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of 4 engineers, providing technical guidance and career developmentMaintain, patch, and ensure compliance for 600+ Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOneDrive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact timeDevelop and implement endpoint security policies and proceduresManage vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providersRespond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, maintaining hands-on technical involvementCreate and maintain documentation for endpoint standards and processesRequirements:2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platformsExperience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similarPreferred Qualifications:Experience in cybersecurity or identity governance industriesCertifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or similarExperience with zero-trust security models and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools
