Job DescriptionAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with IT policies across financial applications.This involves developing plans to enforce compliance and standardizing user management processes.You will evaluate SOC reports to identify vendor and application compliance risks.To succeed in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills and knowledge of software development life cycles and project management methodologies.The ideal candidate has relevant experience working with financial ERP applications, preferably JDE, and design and development experience with JDE.You should also have experience working with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutions and hands-on knowledge of software development life cycles and project management methodologies.In addition, the successful candidate should have financial acumen, awareness of key accounting, financial management, and analysis processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, revenue recognition, budgeting, and bank interfaces.Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office products, especially Excel and Project, are also required.This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Relevant experience with technology project support is essential, as well as experience with one or more of the following applications: JDE, Trintech Cadency, Workiva, Cognos Analytics, OneStream, and Varicent.The successful candidate should also have an understanding of Single Sign-On and Identity Management solutions, advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, intermediate SQL query skills, and experience working in large enterprises with domestic and international locations.Required Skills and QualificationsRelevant experience working with financial ERP applicationsDesign and development experience with JDEExperience working with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutionsStrong analytical skills and knowledge of software development life cycles and project management methodologiesFinancial acumen and awareness of key accounting, financial management, and analysis processesStrong PC skills and experience using MS Office productsBachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldBenefitsThis role offers a range of benefits, including:Opportunity to work with financial ERP applicationsChance to develop skills in design and developmentExperience working with third-party vendorsOpportunity to work in large enterprises with domestic and international locationsOthersPlease note that this role requires a background check and the ability to obtain necessary clearances.
