Assist inplanning, overseeing, and directing mechanical projectsand appurtenances for construction.Monitorproject progress, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.Technical Review & ComplianceReview and analyzeproject documents(estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contracts).Complete and manageRFIs, change orders, submittals, and other project documentation.Facilitatetechnical decisionsaligned with project needs and company standards.Health, Safety & Quality AssuranceEnsure compliance withhealth and safety standardsand report any issues.Monitorconstruction materials(traditional and innovative), ensuring quality and compliance withbuilding and fire codes.QualificationsStrongunderstanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.Familiarity withbuilding codes, fire codes, and other regulatory standards.Proficiency inAutoCAD, Microsoft Office, andconstruction/project management software.Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ateam player with leadership skills, capable of managing tasks efficiently.Location RequirementMust be willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.Experience:5 years of experience in construction, particularly in vertical developments (mid-to-high-rise buildings).EducationBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, must be a licensed engineer.#J-*****-Ljbffr
