Mechanical Engineer

  • Assist in planning, overseeing, and directing mechanical projects and appurtenances for construction.
  • Monitor project progress , ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

Technical Review & Compliance

  • Review and analyze project documents (estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contracts).
  • Complete and manage RFIs, change orders, submittals , and other project documentation.
  • Facilitate technical decisions aligned with project needs and company standards.

Health, Safety & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and report any issues.
  • Monitor construction materials (traditional and innovative), ensuring quality and compliance with building and fire codes .
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles .
  • Familiarity with building codes, fire codes, and other regulatory standards .
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office , and construction/project management software .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills .
  • A team player with leadership skills , capable of managing tasks efficiently.
Location Requirement

Must be willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.

Experience: 5 years of experience in construction, particularly in vertical developments (mid-to-high-rise buildings).

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, must be a licensed engineer.
