Data Delivery Lead

As a Delivery Manager with a strong technical background, you will use your experience with Agile methodologies and your deep understanding of the SDLC to lead a team of developers crafting solutions for a high-profile video gaming client.Working with our team, you will be involved in the product life cycle, gathering and refining playable requirements, defining, working closely with the development and business; and leveraging solid communication with the stakeholders to guarantee constant progress and alignment.We are looking for Delivery Managers who have experience working with development teams and can be the first point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.Expected travelling time (UK and USA): 0%-15%, varies according to project/client.
You will be working with teams across different time zones and locations.5+ years of experience as a delivery lead/manager, project manager, or producer in a fast-paced environmentStrong applied understanding of Agile methodologies3-5 years of experience in domains such as interactive media, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or analytics-driven platforms3-5 years of experience directly working with engineering teamsStrong, demonstrable knowledge of data concepts (raw streaming data, data modeling, metadata, etc.)Strong ability to work with engineers to scope, size, and break down work based on requirementsWhat you will be doing:Coach the team on Scrum principles and practices, and help them to have a clear vision and self-management.Manage team resources to ensure effective participation in agile events as well commitment and progress towards assigned work.Mitigate risks and issues.Proactively identify, track and drive resolution of blocking issues/impediments and non-engineering action items.Coordinate cross-project dependency, milestone, & release management activities with other Delivery Managers.Facilitate triage of incoming customer tickets through ServiceNow.Manage Sprint Backlog in Jira.Drive change requests for any committed work during a Quarter.Establish and drive successful release communications.Drive Program level performance reporting, visibility and transparency to both internal and external leadership.The Things We Really Care About:Flexible working hoursMindera Annual Trip, Sports, and sharing groups to connect and have fun
