This dynamic position combines responsibilities across our Fulfillment Center (FC) and Delivery Station (DS) operations, requiring a versatile leader who can seamlessly manage both outbound processes and delivery preparations.You'll be at the forefront of our customer-facing operations, ensuring that millions of packages are processed efficiently and prepared for timely delivery.
Your focus will span four key areas: safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity.
