Job Description:

Position: Outbound Sales Representative (German)

Location: remote, Brazil

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: base salary + bonuses.

  • Proactively make warm calls to existing clients to upsell a new digital currency.
  • Manage a high volume of Outbound calls (warm calls) as part of daily outreach activities.
  • Provide weekly reporting to the Operations Team Manager on pipeline status and sales progress.
  • Use a professional selling approach on all sales calls
  • Support clients with the payment methods on the website
  • Adhere to quality and compliance standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German
  • Previous experience in sales or a call centre environment will be considered as an advantage.
  • Candidates can have previous experience (but not necessary) in Outbound Calls, Sales, Marketing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Target-driven mindset with accountability for achieving results
  • Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • A suitable remote working environment with a strong and stable broadband connection is essential.
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Brazil time zone), 21 work days & 168 work hours per month.
