About the ProjectWe're seeking a skilled Cloud Systems Architect to lead the transformation of a large-scale legacy platform into a simpler, modular, and cloud-ready system.This is an exceptional opportunity for you to shape the technical future of a mission-critical solution by gradually rewriting core modules in Go and applying proven modernization patterns.Your Key Responsibilities:Decouple and re-architect a complex legacy platform to improve scalability and maintainability.Gradually rewrite core modules in Go using modern engineering practices, such as continuous integration and delivery.Apply incremental modernization patterns, like Strangler Fig, API façades, and DB decoupling, to minimize disruption.Collaborate closely with legacy specialists to ensure continuity and stability throughout the transformation process.Design and implement modular, cloud-native, and event-driven integrations that meet the needs of our clients.About YouBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.At least 7 years of experience working in modern programming languages (Go, Java, .NET, or Rust also considered).Knowledge of C and the ability to work effectively with legacy systems are essential.Familiarity with cloud-native design principles and event-driven integrations is highly desirable.Proven experience applying incremental modernization patterns is required.Strong SQL skills (Oracle preferred) are necessary for database integration and synchronization.Advanced English Language skills are essential for effective communication with international clients.
