Design Lead | eCommerce & PrinteStoreLabs is a data-driven eCommerce powerhouse that partners with global brands to grow online sales.We seek an experienced Design Lead to ensure visual excellence and lead a creative team across eCommerce and print projects.Role DescriptionQuality and consistency assurance – over-see and verify projects against the highest visual and technical standards, ensuring brand guideline compliance.Team and process management – strategically delegate tasks, structure efficient workflows, monitor progress, and balance the team's capacity to meet deadlines.Development and mentoring – provide constructive feedback, share knowledge, and foster the growth and independence of designers.Leadership communication – act as the bridge between Operations, PMs, and Clients, facilitating discussions and managing feedback professionally.Project ownership – manage end-to-end design projects and document your expertise to share with clients and internal stakeholders.Proactive problem solving – identify content-related and UX issues and implement sustainable solutions that advance projects.RequirementsSenior or lead design management experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry.Fluent in English (minimum C1).Exceptional precision and high attention to detail – uncompromising quality verification and strict brand book compliance.Strategic problem-solving skills, balancing business goals with UX needs.Strong organisational skills and adherence to deadlines – efficient priority and workload management.Professional, proactive, and clear in communicating designs and proposed solutions.Must HaveAdvanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Photoshop.Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign (DTP / Print) and Adobe Illustrator.Experience working on e-commerce projects for or with e-retailers.Expertise in DTP and print preparation.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with Adobe XD (as a Figma alternative).Basic HTML / CSS knowledge for design purposes.Awareness of the latest design trends, UX / UI practices.Experience with PIM / DAM tools and task management systems.What We OfferContract or B2B arrangement via Deel for international collaboration.26 paid days off plus bank holidays.Opportunity to work with international brands on exciting global projects.Friendly, open work environment without rigid corporate rules.Training in eCommerce and development career paths.Annual bonus or salary raise based on performance.Recruitment ProcessApplication review and shortlisting.Recruitment task.Interview with HR.Interview with the hiring manager.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionDesign, Art / Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustriesBusiness Consulting and Services#J-Ljbffr#J-*****-Ljbffr
